adjustable temperaturedirty duvet
The room got very hot. I couldn't adjust the temperature at all. The bedroom also felt smaller than what I expected. I also noticed hairs on the toilet paper and under the duvet. That wasn't good.

The location was very nice! it was super close to tower hill tube station. It's only a two minute walk, made getting around so easy. the rooms were very clean and was like new! the staff was available 24/7, always ready to help with anything i needed. i especially want to shout out rashmi and roxana because they were always smiling and helpful.
The room was unbearably hot. There was no way to adjust the temperature, made sleeping difficult!

The staff was so kind and helpful. They were genuinely empathetic when i mentioned an issue. aroona was especially great. She really were great too ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible, i'm thrilled!

The location is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of the city! the hotel is only a short stroll away from tower bridge and the tower of that cool historic landmark. this proximity made sightseeing easy and added such a magical touch to my mornings and evenings.
